Yes Shopping online with us is safe. Build it Struisbaai is committed to keeping all your sensitive information secure. All information you provide is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer technology, and we utilize a leading South African payment processor. We have a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect our customers. Our security protocols are as, if not more, robust than South African banks. And includes; PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant, Extended Validation SSL, and more.
Build it online store is currently only available in Overstrand, South Africa. You can visit your closest Build it stores to shop with the full product range.
Yes we do charge a delivery fee. For every order placed with Build it Struisbaai online, you will be charged a specified delivery fee rate.
You will be able to choose a delivery date that suits you best and your purchase will be delivered on the day you request or on the following day, depending on stock availability.
Build it Struisbaai delivers on weekdays between 08h00 and 16h00 and on Saturdays between 08h00 and 13h00. We do not deliver on Sundays and any South African public holidays.
Please arrange that you are available to accept your purchase. Should you not be available, ensure that you have given someone permission to accept the delivery on your behalf.
